Introduction of foam-injection in barrier strip profiles

Step1: Extruded indoor and outdoor profiles respectively.

Step2: Feeding the heat insulating strip into aluminum profile notch to make barrier strip insulating aluminum profile.

Step3: Filling the U shape paper with liquid polyurethane (PU) foam glue into the barrier strip Aluminum profile, PU foam strip adopt two-component PU injection molding, through the U type paper convey into the Aluminum, then PU foaming to fill the whole inside of Aluminum.
