In recent days, the pneumonitis epidemic infected by the novel coronavirus in Wuhan has affected the hearts of all sectors of society. 1. Customer service work shall be performed in accordance with the latest resumption time specified by the local government or customer. According to the Liaoning province and Dalian municipal regulation during the prevention and control of outbreaks, the machine installation & commissioning or engineer maintenance is tentatively scheduled to be no earlier than February 24, 2020, to avoid the risk of cross-infection due to the travel of people. Customers in areas with severe epidemic control will be contacted separately to coordinate the maintenance, installation, and commissioning time.

3. The Sales and after sales specialists will provide you with free online services.

4. The order of equipment, spare parts and consumables can be carried out normally. Inquiries and orders are welcome, but logistics may be delayed due to holiday and epidemic conditions, we hope your kind understanding on this. For companies which are necessary to ensure the city running, prevent and control the epidemic, provide daily needs to civilian, and other companies involved in important national economy and people's livelihood, we will provide priority and support.

5. If on-site service is really needed, we will confirm with you in advance, and provide corresponding on-site services, on the condition of meeting national and local government regulations and related protection requirements.

6. We will continue to pay close attention to the epidemic situation, and timely adjust, optimize, communicate and update relevant after-sales service contents according to the overall deployment of national prevention and control plan and the latest arrangements of local government.
