The ways to suppress interference from inverter to spreading machine

1.To ensure all equipments in the control cabinet well grounded, you should use a short, coarse ground wire to connect to a common ground line. According to national standards, the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms. Also the control equipment connected to the inverter should be in the common ground.


2.Install wiring, power lines and control cables should be separate, such as the use of independent trunking. If the control circuit cable and power cable must be intersected, so the cross wires should be 90 ° .


3.Use shielded wire or twisted pair to connect with control circuit, we should ensure unmasked part as short as possible, if possible, should use the cable casing.


4.Ensure that the contactor in the control cabinet has the functions of interrupter, AC contactor adopts RC suppressor, it can also use varistor suppressor.


5.when use shielded and armored cable as motor wiring, we should make shielding double end grounding.


6.If the Inverter is operated in noise-sensitive environments, we can use RFI filter to reduce conducted and radiated interference from the inverter. To achieve the best results, it should have good electrical conductivity between the filter and install l plate.


7.When we layout the equipments, we should pay attention to the drive individually furnished, to minimize possible electroma gnetic radiation interference.
