2.The procedures of spreading machine working There are two main parts: courses of preparing and courses of spreading.

Ⅰ. It is divided into machine tools preparation, glue preparation. Machine tool preparation conclude the work to keep the tool safe, to maintain the machine,to do the NC programming and to install and adjust the clamping apparatus. Glue preparation mainly concludes the raw glue preliminary stirring, getting the glue, stirring for the second time and heat in advance.

Ⅱ. The spreading process is the glue passing the metering pump, the piping into the spreading head or the mixing head (rotating at a high speed in the spreading head), with the control of the electricity and gas control valve, the spreading mouth on the spreading head spreads the glue. At the same time, the walking structure droven by control system make the spreading head in the right place. The spreading head and the walking structure are conponded to finish the spreading process. When we finish spreading or before to change the glue to clean the spreading head, to remove the glue left at the spreading mouth or in the front of it to avoid the valve blocked.
